Shipping & Delivery Policy — Dry Eye Doc

Processing time:

  • Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) will be processed and dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders after 2pm, or on Friday after 2pm — will be dispatched the next working day.

Shipping options (UK mainland):

  • Standard delivery (2–4 working days): £3.49
  • Free standard delivery for orders over £40 (cart value before discount)
  • Express delivery (Next-day): £5.99 (only for orders placed before 2pm Mon–Thu)

International (EU/Worldwide): (optional — if you plan to ship outside UK)

  • Shipping costs calculated at checkout — varies by destination and parcel weight/size
  • Customer pays any customs/import duties if applicable

Packaging & Handling:

  • All products are packed in secure, tamper-proof packaging suitable for liquids and fragile eye-care items.
  • Discreet outer packaging — internal labelling is medical-neutral (no mention of “eye drops” on outward package) for privacy.

Tracking & Notifications:

  • Tracking number will be provided by email once parcel is dispatched.
  • Customer can track parcel until delivery.

Returns / Refunds / Damages:

  • If the parcel is damaged or items are missing on arrival — contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send replacement / refund as appropriate.
  • Unopened items may be returned within 14 days for a refund (excluding shipping cost), provided product remains sealed.
  • Because drops & gels are sensitive items, we recommend returning only if in original unopened condition.
